1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PhantomCheats ("we", "us", "our"), operator of https://nytron.cc. By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our services. By using PhantomCheats, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age without notice or refund.

3. Nature of Products

PhantomCheats sells digital software products, configuration files, and related digital services ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically via license key or direct download immediately after payment confirmation.

4. License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with any third party.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any Product.
• You may not modify or create derivative works based on our Products without express written consent.
• Each license is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g. 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, Lifetime).
• Licenses are non-transferable and bound to a single hardware ID (HWID) unless otherwise stated.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at our Discord support server if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that are found to be sharing, reselling, or misusing license keys, engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud, or violating any provision of these Terms.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. For customers located within the European Union, 25% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax.

Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final binding price for that transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our Products for any commercial or monetised purpose without written permission.
• Sharing, leaking, or distributing any Product files, keys, or loaders publicly.
• Attempting to circumvent, bypass, or tamper with our license verification or authentication systems.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving a Product.
• Using our Products to harm, harass, or negatively impact other users in any online environment.
• Impersonating PhantomCheats staff or representatives.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts, license keys, or purchased Products of other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on https://nytron.cc including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the website design are the exclusive property of PhantomCheats and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our software will be undetected by any anti-cheat system, that it will operate without interruption, or that it will be error-free. Game updates, anti-cheat updates, or other third-party changes may render any Product temporarily or permanently non-functional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhantomCheats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products or services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

2. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: Email address provided at checkout.
• Transaction data: Purchase history, license keys issued, payment method used (not card details — these are handled by Stripe/PayPal).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, hardware identifier (HWID) for license binding, and device information collected for security and fraud prevention.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on the website, and features accessed — collected via analytics cookies.
• Communication data: Support tickets, Discord messages, and any correspondence you send to us.

We do not collect, store, or process payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal, each of which maintains their own privacy and security standards.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Contract performance: To process your order, deliver license keys, and manage your account.
• Legal obligation: To comply with tax laws, including EU VAT requirements.
• Legitimate interests: To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, detect and prevent abuse of our systems, and improve our services.
• Consent: To send you optional product updates or promotional communications (only where you have explicitly opted in).

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal or accounting requirements. Specifically:

• Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with EU tax and accounting obligations.
• Account data is retained for the duration of your account's existence plus 90 days after deletion.
• Support communications are retained for 2 years.
• Technical/security logs (IP addresses, HWID logs) are retained for 12 months.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with the following trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our services:

• Stripe Inc. — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• PayPal Holdings Inc. — Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
• SellAuth — E-commerce platform and order management.
• Discord Inc. — Customer support and community management.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital products on PhantomCheats are considered final upon delivery of the license key or product. Because our Products are digital goods that are delivered instantly and can be used immediately upon receipt, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a Product has been delivered.

This policy is consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which provides an exception to the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content that has been supplied with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to this exception.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

• Non-delivery: Your license key or product was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice within the same transaction session and neither key has been used or redeemed.
• Product completely non-functional: The purchased Product is entirely non-functional from the moment of purchase (not due to a game update that occurred after purchase), and our support team has confirmed the issue after reasonable troubleshooting assistance has been provided and exhausted.
• Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our platform, verified by transaction records.

3. Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Game account ban, suspension, or penalty resulting from use of our Products.
• Product being detected or patched after purchase due to a game or anti-cheat update.
• Failure to meet the system requirements listed on the product page at time of purchase.
• User error, misconfiguration, or incorrect usage of the Product.
• Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price.
• License key that has already been activated, used, or redeemed.
• Requests made more than 72 hours after the purchase date.
• Accounts that have previously initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with us.
• Requests submitted outside of our Discord support channel.

4. Chargeback Policy

If you have a genuine billing concern, please contact us on Discord first. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

5. Downtime and Maintenance

We do not issue refunds or credit for periods of scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or temporary unavailability of Products caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to game updates, anti-cheat patches, server outages, or third-party service disruptions.

In the event of extended downtime (more than 7 consecutive days) caused solely by our failure to maintain the Product, we may at our discretion offer a pro-rated extension of your license period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, you must:

• Join our Discord support server.
• Open a support ticket in the designated refund/support channel.
• Provide your order ID, email address used for purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Allow our support team up to 48 hours to investigate and respond.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. We are unable to refund to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.

7. Modifications to This Policy

PhantomCheats reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
