We are PMC Software, doing business as PMC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website and any related products or services that link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and PMC Software. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Subject to your compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept various forms of payment including Stripe, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.
- PayPal Framework: Payments via PayPal must strictly be sent via the "Friends & Family" (P2P) protocol. Any payment sent via "Goods and Services" will be deemed a violation of these terms and the license will not be issued.
- Surcharges: A 10% gateway processing fee is applied to all PayPal and Cryptocurrency transactions to cover volatility and network handling.
- Billing Currency: All payments shall be processed in Euros (€).
6. EU TAXATION (VAT)
To abide by European Union tax laws and digital trade directives, a mandatory 25% VAT is calculated at checkout for all applicable regions. Any attempt to bypass taxation through VPN usage or false billing addresses is strictly prohibited.
7. REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to the digital nature of the products, PMC Software does not offer refunds for software downtime, game updates, incompatibility, or user-error. Chargebacks initiated via your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate permanent ban and HWID blacklist.
10. IN-GAME SUSPENSIONS AND BANS
PMC Software provides software for educational and personal use. You acknowledge that using third-party software in any online game environment carries an inherent risk of account suspension or permanent banning.
PMC SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME ASSETS, OR HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION (HWID) BANS. The "Undetected" status of a product is provided as-is based on real-time data and is not a guarantee of future safety.
PMC SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME ASSETS, OR HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION (HWID) BANS. The "Undetected" status of a product is provided as-is based on real-time data and is not a guarantee of future safety.
11. TERMINATION OF LICENSE KEY
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to revoke or terminate your license key for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Engagement in toxic behavior or harassment of PMC staff/members.
- Unauthorized sharing or reselling of license keys.
- Attempting to debug, decompile, or reverse-engineer PMC software.
- Disparaging or harming the reputation of PMC Software.
12. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES.
